Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated September 5, 2026.
We run an email sending platform, an email verification service, calling products and consumer apps. Platforms like these attract abuse, so this policy is not decoration — the controls described below are enforced in code, automatically, on every message and every account. Breaching this policy costs you your account.
The rule that matters most: permission
You may only send email through our platform to people who asked to hear from you. Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested or "appended" lists are prohibited. So is mailing an address you obtained for one purpose for an unrelated one.
If you cannot say where an address came from and when that person opted in, do not send to it.
What we enforce automatically
These are controls in the platform, not promises:
- Domain authentication is mandatory before any mail is sent. SPF, 2048-bit DKIM and DMARC must all verify for your sending domain, along with a secured tracking domain. Domains that do not pass are refused at the SMTP gate, and we re-verify every hour.
- One-click unsubscribe is required on bulk mail. We attach a working
List-UnsubscribeandList-Unsubscribe-Postheader automatically once your tracking domain is set up; bulk mail without one is rejected, not silently sent. - Suppression is automatic and permanent. Unsubscribes, hard bounces and complaints are recorded and blocked from all future sends on your account. We do not allow suppression lists to be cleared.
- Recipient and link domains are checked against blocklists. Mail involving domains listed on the Spamhaus DBL is refused, with no whitelist bypass.
- Feedback loops are enrolled. Complaints reported by mailbox providers are ingested, attributed to the sending account, and trigger an automatic pause when the complaint rate rises.
- Outbound content is scanned. Messages matching abuse patterns — phishing, malware, deceptive sender identity — are rejected outright.
- Sender reputation is tiered. New and unproven senders face stricter limits and review; a strike ledger tracks repeat problems and escalates to suspension.
- Signup and checkout are rate limited. Per-IP signup caps, per-hour and per-day checkout caps and a card-decline ledger block automated abuse of our payment forms.
Prohibited content and conduct
Across all of our services you may not:
- Send unsolicited bulk or commercial email, or anything that would be described as spam.
- Forge or disguise sender identity, headers, or the origin of a message or call.
- Distribute malware, or run phishing, credential-harvesting or other deceptive schemes.
- Promote fraud, pyramid or get-rich-quick schemes, or products that cannot lawfully be sold to the recipient.
- Send sexually explicit material to people who did not ask for it, or anything involving minors.
- Harass, threaten, defame or incite violence against anyone.
- Infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to break, overload, scan or reverse engineer our systems, or evade our limits, suspensions or billing.
- Resell our services as a means for others to do any of the above.
Email verification, specifically
Our verification service is for cleaning lists you already own, so that you stop mailing addresses that no longer work. It is not a way to build a list.
Uploaded lists are used only to produce your results, they are not merged into any other dataset, and results are never resold. Lists are retained only as long as needed to give you the results and are deleted on request.
How we enforce this
Where we can, we escalate rather than jump: warning, then a sending pause or rate restriction, then suspension, then termination. Where the harm is immediate — an active phishing campaign, fraud, or a threat to the platform — we suspend first and explain after.
Terminations for abuse are not refunded. See the refunds policy.
If you believe we got it wrong, reply to the enforcement email or write to support@rnsagency.com. A person reads every appeal.
Reporting abuse
If you received mail or a call from our platform that you did not ask for, report it to abuse@rnsagency.com and include the full message headers if you can. We investigate every report, we act on the sending account, and we add you to suppression so it does not happen again.
