Who bills you, what it costs, and exactly how the charge appears on your statement.
Every product below is sold and billed by RNS STAR LLC and processed by Stripe, so they all share this one descriptor. Find your product in the table to see which one it was.
How billing works
RNS STAR LLC is the merchant of record for every product listed on this site. Whichever product website you signed up on, you are buying from and paying RNS STAR LLC, at 99 Wall Street #112, New York, United States 10005.
Prices are shown on each product's own pricing page before you pay. Card charges are processed in USD; where a product quotes a local currency, the amount is converted at checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe on their hosted checkout — we never see or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and we email a receipt for every charge.

Don't recognise a charge?
Email support@rnsagency.com with the date and amount and we will identify it for you. If it should not have been charged, we refund it — normally the same day, and always within 1 business day of hearing from you.
Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks and locks the money up for both of us; an email to us takes minutes. If the charge was genuinely not made by you, tell us — we will refund it and block that card from further use on our platform.
